1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Mango AI (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Service Mango AI provides automated agents that conduct blockchain research, analysis, and execution tasks.

• Mango AI is an information and agent platform, not financial advice.

• Any outputs, insights, or actions are for informational and operational purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

• You remain fully responsible for all trading, investment, or execution decisions.

• Mango AI is not liable for any gains, losses, or outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your wallet credentials and access information.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Subscription fees are payable in cryptocurrency (ETH, USDC, USDT, or MANGO).

• Refunds: You may request a refund within 7 days of initial payment. After that period, all fees are non-refundable.

• Discounts: Payments made with MANGO token are eligible for a 25% discount.

5. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Service for:

• Money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

• Access by sanctioned countries or prohibited jurisdictions.

• Exploiting the Service to compromise platform security.

6. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms.

• Your usage threatens the integrity, legality, or security of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property All rights, trademarks, branding, and software associated with Mango AI remain our exclusive property.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Mango AI provides the Service “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free performance.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Service.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia, with universal application where enforceable.

10. Changes to Terms We may revise these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
